"Jona at point blank."

In one word, extraordinary. Jona is a well-known artist on the rise coming out of his hometown of Orlando. He has always been dangerously passionate about musical culture prior to 18 when he decided to pick up a pen and a pad and change his life. Jona cites Nothing Was The Same by Drake and Channel Orange by Frank Ocean as the two projects that helped him cultivate his sound. His surreal bars glide over mellow lo-fi beats on a smooth occasion, but are easily contrasted with grandiloquent bars making his music a vibe that engulfs you entirely. His never-ending goal is to create music that is perfect to drive to at night while you contemplate existence. His love for Orlando is endless, wanting to create bridges leading back to his city for more exposure and involvement. So much that he started his own label based out of his hometown. His company, Novice Vision, a label that believes “A respected novice has the ambition to pursue mastery”. Over the course of the last year, he's accomplished two very big goals in his career. He was selected to produce some music on a collaboration project "The Culture Tape'' and he also finally dropped his debut project “Knew Me then”. This project helps depict the feeling people remembering/running into old skeletons; some could even say an awakening moment in his clarity of his journey. His EP “Breathe Easy” is an amazing short project that shows off Jona’s ability and versatility. The R&B undertones on this project are just an example of his diverse styles and his unique musicality yet to be heard. Now Out is his debut album “Mr.Leone” pulls Jona full circle like a coming of age tale told like only Jona can!
